The 23rd Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (Xiong'an Branch) will be held in Xiong'an, Hebei Province, from September 7 to 9, 2025.

III. Event Content
(1) Opening Ceremony
Leaders from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Hebei Provincial Government, foreign experts, and enterprise representatives will attend the conference. At the event, the Hebei Provincial Government will present the Yan Zhao Friendship Award to foreign experts, introduce the achievements of our province's science and technology exchange and cooperation, and promote our province's policies on talent recruitment and investment attraction.

(2) Cooperation and Matchmaking
Three parallel sessions will be held in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, electronics and information technology, and equipment manufacturing. Foreign experts will present project pitches and technical innovations, and demand-side entities will engage in negotiations and discussions with foreign expert teams.

(3) Participants
1. Foreign participants. Over 50 foreign experts will be invited, including foreign academicians, industry leaders, renowned scholars, and corporate experts, primarily from enterprises in the fields of biopharmaceuticals, electronics and information technology, equipment manufacturing, and new energy and materials technology.
2. Chinese participants. Representatives from enterprises in the biopharmaceutical, electronics and information technology, and equipment manufacturing sectors in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Xiong'an New Area, as well as heads of universities and research institutions, and innovation and entrepreneurship teams, totaling approximately 100 people.

V. Previous Events
Earlier this year on May 23, 2025, the China-EU 50th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations Talent Exchange Special Session and the 23rd Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (Guangzhou Branch) was held in Guangzhou.

Approximately 200 foreign experts from 37 countries and regions, along with officials from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Guangdong Province, relevant universities, local foreign expert management departments, and employer representatives, as well as some EU ambassadors to China and heads of relevant international organizations, totaling over 500 Chinese and foreign guests, participated in the exchange activities.
