To deepen the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, establish a platform for high-level talent exchange and collaboration, and effectively facilitate partnerships between foreign expert teams and local enterprises and institutions, Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei will jointly host the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Overseas High-Level Talent Matching Conference in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, on March 20-21, 2026.

Participants: Approximately 70 attendees, including foreign experts, government officials from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and representatives from enterprises and institutions across the three regions.

1. Opening Ceremony of the Jing-Jin-Ji Overseas High-Level Talent Matching Event (9:00-10:00)

(3) Cooperation agreement signing

2. Project Matching Session (10:00-11:30)

Foreign expert representatives engage in discussions with enterprise representatives from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei

4. Field Visit to Shijiazhuang Enterprises (14:00–18:00)

On-site visits to key enterprises, including Shijiazhuang International Biomedical Industrial Park, Yiling Pharmaceutical, Shijiazhuang Pharmaceutical Group, and Shenghao Optoelectronics

March 21 – Event Day 2

Field visit to Xiong'an New Area. Experts depart after the visit concludes.
