ForeignHR is supporting several Beijing-based research initiatives and is seeking an Arabic-speaking Policy Research Specialist with strong interest in China’s political and institutional landscape.

This role is suited for candidates aiming to work at the intersection of policy analysis, international cooperation, and strategic research.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze China-related political developments and policy trends

• Prepare policy briefs, background reports, and analytical documents

• Track institutional structures, government bodies, and policy frameworks

• Engage with research institutes, academic organizations, and think tanks

• Maintain organized records of relevant political and institutional information

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level Arabic proficiency

• Master’s degree or PhD in political science, international relations, public policy, or related disciplines

• Currently based in China

• Working Chinese communication skills preferred

• Strong research methodology and report-writing ability

• High level of discretion and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation:RMB 20,000–24,000, negotiable
