Job Details:
Responsibilities
-Epitaxial development (MOCVD) of novel processes and structures of the AlGaInP material system
-Planning and evaluation of experiments and measurements
-In-depth analysis of the processes and their influencing parameters on material and component properties
-Sustainable, systematic solving of complex problems to improve stability, efficiency, LED output power and anti-ESD ability
Who we are looking for
-University degree in chemistry, physics, materials science or a comparable natural science course
-Several years of experience in research and development of novel structures and new process regimes of III-V semiconductors, preferably doctorate in the field of epitaxy & deep understanding of the MOCVD processes
-In-depth knowledge of optoelectronic semiconductors
-Analytical strengths & ability to solve technically complex problems
-Extraordinary ability to innovate
