Job Details:

Main job:

1. To represent the customers interests internally and represent company’s interest externally, and coordinate the work between customer and company accordingly;
2. To develop new business and maintain current business and get yearly sales target;
3. To build and maintain customer relationship, enhance the customer satisfaction;
4. To prepare the related calculation for the quotation to customer;
5. To provide a regional market research report;
6. Collect the opinions & suggestions of the company products from customers and send the feedback to the company;
7. To fulfill other tasks deployed by sales manager.

Position request:

1. Native Japanese speaker;
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Control Systems, Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent related experience;
3. Familiar with customer development process of Japanese OEM;
4. About 5 years sales experience in automobile industry;
5. Self motivating and independent working attitude;
6. Logical and pro-active thinking;
7. Good interpersonal skill;
8. Good communication and presentation skill;
9. High sense of responsibility;
10. Strong problem-solving skill;
11. Willing to travel frequently;
12. Able to manage ambiguity and work under pressure.
