MIC is located on a peaceful green campus in the Nanhai District of Foshan city in Southern China. We are 2 bus stops from the Guangzhou South Railway Station, and from there high-speed trains can take you all over China. The heart of Hong Kong is about 1 hour away by high-speed train.

The Academic Principal (A-PRINCIPAL) must fully and completely commit to the Majestic International College (MIC) philosophy, vision and mission.
The A-PRINCIPAL will contribute to MIC’s drive for excellence in education and school development and to take charge of the school’s UK programme teaching and education management to promote the success of all students.

Accountablilities:
- To lead, develop and manage a strong teaching faculty team that delivers high quality teaching and learning across MIC;
- To achieve outstanding academic results enabling each student to achieve their full potential;
- To develop and lead the implementation of a vision of learning that is active and engaging;
- To maintain a strong connection with family and community.
Responsibilities:
- The A-PRINCIPAL of the school shall be selected and appointed by the Principal of Majestic International College (MIC). The A-PRINCIPAL is accountable to the MIC Principal for implementing MIC’s policies and the directives of the MIC Principal with the utmost commitment and diligence.
- Ensure that the School attains and maintains the high academic standards required by the Chinese Education Authority and the Board of Majestic International College.
- Liaise and work with the MIC Principal to ensure the effective administration and operation of the UK programme of the MIC.
- Participate, as requested, in the promotion of the School including, but not limited to, cooperating with and receiving media and other visitors, giving group presentations, and traveling to other locations to assist with recruiting students and teachers.
- Assist with the development of policies and guidelines for the School, ensure implementation of regulations and policies, and provide ongoing evaluation, as requested by the MIC Principal
- Report to the MIC Principal (as requested) regarding administration issues.
