Job Details:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management and maintenance of the game community on Facebook, Discord, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and other overseas platforms, formulating community operation strategies and plans. Which include two main categories: user activity and content creation results.
2. Good at spotting local hot topics/news of the target market and using them to create hot topics for the community. Good at interacting with users, plan community content/events, lead users to engage/spread it, achieve user growth
3. Responsible for mining and maintaining community KOL/KOC users, developing high-quality content output, maintaining interactive communication with KOL/KOC/content platforms, leveraging content output and being responsible for the construction of the PGC/UGC system and the quantity and quality of output content.
4. Have a high level of community content appreciation ability, and have a full knowledge and understanding of mainstream short videos, popular creative communication content, brand creative content, etc.
5. Participate in the planning of game brand marketing activities, be responsible for the social channel marketing part, customize gameplay and content to meet the goals based on the attributes of different platforms, pay attention to the development trend of overseas communities, explore new platforms and innovative gameplay.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, native language of the target market, proficient in Chinese/English multilingualism is preferred;
2. Two years or more of overseas market/community operation experience, SLG/"The Walking Dead" community operation experience is preferred;
3. Love games, SLG/The Walking Dead IP fans/players are preferred, have content consumption habits, and have an understanding of the psychology and habits of overseas users;
4. Good at listening and summarizing user needs, familiar with overseas content platform operation models, and have data analysis capabilities;
5. Strong communication skills, excellent English reading/writing/speaking skills, and teamwork spirit.
