Job Details:
Key Job Specifications:
- Salary: 15,000-25,000RMB/month
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week (2 days off on weekdays)
- Teaching Hours: Weekdays: 11am - 8pm (1 hour for lunch); Weekend: 9am - 6pm (1 hour for lunch)
- Arrival Support: Airport pick-up
- Visa: Paid work permit, residence permit and medical check-up fees
- Accommodation Support: 1200 RMB hotel reimbursement after 2 months’ probation; 10,000 RMB start-up loan for accommodation
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to 8,000RMB for return ticket to home country
- Insurance: Health and accident insurance after probation
- Bonus: Discretional bonus based on annual performance
- Paid Leave: 3 days for full-pay sick leave; 11 days for Chinese public holidays; 11 days for paid annual leave

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 22-55 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education preferred)
- TEFL/TESOL certification minimum 100 hours (CELTA/DELTA/PGCE/QTS preferred)
- Teaching experience is a valuable asset; 1 year teaching experience and above
- Have an understanding and ability to teach pupils of all abilities
- Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
Performance Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality literature, writing, and phonics courses to students including assigned quizzes
- Issue and explain homework assignments to students and parents of younger students
- Conduct phonics tests and free trials for new students and make recommendations for classes
- Work with your Head Teacher and operations staff to create strategies for special case students
- If your work schedule allows and you have an interest, there is an opportunity to assist with the development of our curriculum, winter and summer materials, and also to assist with marketing events
- Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests
- Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play
- Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling
- Confer with parents, teachers, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral or academic problems
- Administer standardized ability and achievement tests, and interpret results to determine children's developmental levels and needs
- Respect, appreciate and understand differences in learning and school culture
- Participate in a culture of professional learning
- Be accountable and a positive advocate for all management decisions
- Attend staff meetings, work hours and professional development activities as assigned or recommended
- Contribute to afterschool activities on a regular basis
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Center Manager or Operations Supervisor
