Job Profile:
Full Time International Business Development Specialist for Russia/Latin American market.
Desired characteristics:
1.Fluent in Russian / Spanish, native Russian/Spanish speaker is preferred.
2.Proficiency in English. Simple Chinese communication is preferred.
3.Previous experience in a Business Development Manager or related role. (Working knowledge of business development and marketing).
4.Relevant background in medical field is preferred.
5.Quick learner and with good business sense.
6.Self-confidence and self-starter.
7.Proficiency in MS Office.
Job Details:
Essential responsibilities:
1.Achieve revenue goals.
2.Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective.
3.Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relationship with new clients and turn this into increased business.
4.Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Set up video meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
5.Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
