About Company:

This company is a new type of environmental protection building materials project of the “Double Hundred Project” demonstration base of the National Development and Reform Commission, which was officially put into production in May 2019. In order to further implement the strategy of sustainable development, it is strengthening ecological construction and environmental protection, making full use of the preferential policies of the national industry, and relying on the favorable conditions the company enjoys, such as water, electricity, steam and ash storage. The design scale is the production line of an autoclaved standard brick with an annual output of 4×60 million blocks, and the total investment is CNY 159,131,000, covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. The main equipment used is the German Lasco KSE1250 type liquid brick press, which is high in efficiency, energy-saving, stable and high in finished product rate, and the error can be controlled within 1 mm; the prepared green brick is transferred to an autoclave through a steam-curing trolley for 8 hours of autoclaved curing. The main production process is to mix fly ash, calcium carbide slag, slag, desulfurization gypsum and other high pressure pressing, high temperature forming, static curing and other aspects to form finished fly ash standard brick.

2. The error in the four directions of the stacking of the slab brick (is less than) ≤ 3mm.
