Responsibilities:

1. Be accountable for all aspects of the school to ensure compliance with our Education group regulations

2. Establish a collaborative culture that will maintain a positive focus on the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of all students

3. Establish and exhibit high expectations for all staff through consistency in supervision

4. Support all Foreign staff human relation needs

5. Create an environment of positive communication and support with Foreign and Chinese staff members

6. Drive marketing events that support student enrollment

7. Attend meetings, conferences and workshops

8. Work with HR to support the hiring process

9. Perform other duties as may be approved by the group leadership and as may be necessary for the efficient and effective operation of school

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with international education industry and relevant laws and regulations of international education

2. More than 10 years of experience in international school teaching and operation management, understanding the development trend of international education, with an international perspective;

3. Love the education industry, with high work enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and good professional ethics;

4. Excellent organization and management ability, creativity and innovation ability, development ability, decision-making, planning and execution ability;

5. Bachelor Degree;

6. Native English speaker

7. Qualified for Z visa.
