Job Profile:
This is a full time job based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as the Operation Head for the Middle East area.
Job Details:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Make overseas strategic planning, formulate development planning, operation policy, annual budget, operation plan and management rules,
2. Accomplish the major projects and make sure they are implemented;
3. To implement the annual business objectives, promote and complete the achievement of the annual business indicators, and assume the responsibility of operation;
4. Responsible for building and gradually improving the marketing management system, determining the marketing model according to the market dynamics and the high-value demand of the customers, formulating the market development strategy, organizing the marketing activities and implementing them on the ground;
5. Establish and develop customer relationship, maintain governmental and public relations, and establish and maintain the company's brand image;
6. Responsible for the formation of the backbone of the staff team, to complete the company's delivery of the tasks;
7. Study and research the local economic situation and policies as well as the industry information to effectively avoid risks.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above;
2. Fluent in Chinese, English, Arabic as daily working languages;
3. Have management experience as regional head(country general manager) of more than 8 years;
4. The preferred candidates should have experience on building a 0-1 team and business development;
5. The candidates who have large-scale projects experience in the security industry of the whole process are preferred;
6. Have company operation and management ability out of China, familiar with operation system and management mode in the Middle East region;
7. Have a deep understanding of the international trend and market to develop effective business strategy;
8. Good at challenges, with keen insight and strong understanding and communication skills, leadership and decision-making ability;
9. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, thus the candidates who have work experience in UAE are preferred.
