Chief Engineer (ForeignHR)

Our client is established in Japan and produces medical devices for animals. Facilities and cooperations in China are opened. They are looking for chief engineers.

Responsibilities:
1)  Responsible for new project and product testing.
2)  Work out the annual plan for equipment upgrading and maintaining.
3)  Solve engineering and parts problems together with technicians and suppliers. 
4) Responsible for technical coaching.

Requirements:
1)  Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering.
2)  At least five-year experience in mechanical fields. 
3)  Strong leadership and communication skills. 
4)  Proficient with related software.

This position is based in Shanghai.
