International Recruiter with one of the world's largest internet and technology companies, based in Shenzhen. Seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, including the ability to use Mandarin for work, to drive recruitment of top-performing talent.

THE POSITION
International Recruiter
-Increase company's global headcount in accordance with company strategy, with international work and business opportunities.
-Formulate international recruitment and HR strategy according to company HR policy and department requirements.
-Conduct HR analysis in related fields, including the effective management and optimization of overseas & domestic recruitment channels.
-Support international department’s hiring requirements, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate screening, onboarding, etc.
-Expand and support existing international recruitment channels and corporate branding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree or above
-Minimum 2 years of full time work experience in a fast paced, international environment.
-Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (HSK 6) – Additional languages are welcomed.
-Self-driven high achiever with strong critical thinking, networking and time management skills.
-Strong intercultural communication and international experience having lived and worked in multiple countries – a clear understanding of foreign market HR and talent characteristics.
-Candidates familiar with video game, AI, and/or block chain industries preferred

SALARY AND BENEFITS
-10,000 to 25,000 RMB/month
