Project Manager with an IT company in Beijing. The company develops, plans, and builds IT systems for customers, including CRM, ERP, and BI projects. Seeking an experienced project manager to perform project management, business consulting, and other operational tasks.

The company provides CRM, ERP and BI services to help create branded customer experiences for their clients.

 

THE POSITION

Project Manager

 

Project management

-Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage clients' expectations and customer satisfaction

-Track and manage project requirements, risks, resources, costs, quality, schedule and scopes, as well as provide appropriate solutions to customers

-Coordinate between business and technical teams

-Deliver company's projects successfully and on-time

-Develop project-related documentation, including project open issues, project status, reports, etc.

-Be proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may potentially have negative impacts to a project or project deliverables

-Collaborate closely with creative department, frontend, backend, data team, and business stakeholders

 

Business consulting

-Collect information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports, etc.)

-Conduct research and provide fit-gap analysis based on industry trends, competitor benchmark/scan and client's current business situation

-Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports

 

Operational

-Analyze, comprehend, and summarize business processes and requirements

-Prepare process/technical concepts for process automation and system integration that solve customer requirements

-Explain process/technical concepts in a structured, receiver-oriented way

-Present ongoing findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice

-Develop detailed and hands-on business plans to drive small or radical changes continuously

-Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies

-Provide guidance for any occurring problems or issues

 

REQUIREMENTS

-German native speaker

-Experienced in content development and instructional design

-At least 3 years' project management experience

-Solid knowledge in Agile development methodology, e.g. SCRUM

-Strategic planning experience, including but not limited to: CRM, digitalization, innovation, information management, interactive marketing, social media, and big data

-Flexible and adaptable, able to work in stressful situations

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS

-15,000-25,000 RMB/month depending on qualifications and experience
