It combines the quality of top American online content providers with the exclusivity of one-on-one classes with a foreign teacher – all from the comfort of the student’s home.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the on-boarding process for all new teachers as well as ongoing quality development projects.

Sets benchmarks and standards for teachers and monitors performance trends

Developing and designing performance assessment systems

Develops effective strategies and solutions to continuously strive for excellence in teaching.

Work closely with recruitment and operations team. Provide feedback on the academic side as well as create synergy to achieve efficiency in operations and sales.

Help to set company L&D strategy for teaching staff.

Build online teacher community, organize the development of academic resources and aid in the rollout of new services and system updates.

 

Requirements

College/University graduate

CELTA or equivalent preferred

A minimum of 4 years’ teacher management experience

A proven record of teacher development and/or project management

Online teaching and training experience is an advantage

Familiarity with English teaching for young learners is an advantage
