Leading the current wave of globalization of China’s automakers, they are strengthening their R&D capabilities to better serve North American and European markets.
1/ Establish the future product development direction for E-drive system based on the information collection of trend technology to achieve a world class product in 5-10 years;
2/ Determine the product development and research plan including the milestones for both short and long term.
3/ Provide product development direction and guide all the development activity in the Dept: inverter HW, motor control SW, HV power electronics design, advanced control algorithm and simulation, DV test;
4/ Determination and selection of major suppliers; examine and evaluate the supplier’s qualification and technical solutions;
5/ Provide product development direction and guidance for whole team to improve the capability of product design, advanced motor system Tech. research, experimental verification and validation, performance rating and evaluation, and quality assurance, etc;
6/ Conduct the product (battery, motor, inverter, and other components) manufacturing assembly activities, and apply the cutting edge manufacturing new technologies for future production;
7/ Team building of all the necessary group functions;
8/ Responsible for the business budget control, major business decision making;
9/ Provide technology, management and business training to the team staff.
1/ Master degree or above;
2/ Major in motor and power electronics, electrical, automation engineering;
3/ More than 10 years’ experience in motor system development and manufacture;
4/ Work experience in the leading 5 new energy motor and inverter companies is preferred (Denso, Hitachi, Bosch, Conti, Magna);
5/ Problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource management, strategic planning and financial management capability;
6/ Development theory and application experience in power electronics and MCU;
7/ Product engineering, project management, and program management;
8/ Experience in overall system analysis, transfer capability, plan for and lead the system development of the inverter;
9/ Hands-on in simulation software;
10/ Master in engineering capability about EV and HEV;
11/ Development tools: Matlab/Simulink.
