1/ Interpretation and translation: to interpret during meetings, and to translate paperwork;
2/ Draft, translate and proofread notices, schemes and other documents in English;
3/ Make plans for English training programs to meet needs of the student (company executive);
4/ Maintain agenda and give reminding on important events, prepare and coordinate for meetings, organize files and other basic secretarial work;
5/ Other work as assigned to.
1/ Knowledge: Good knowledge in English-Chinese translation and interpretation, Office Automation, basic shorthand knowledge, basic Chinese and foreign cultural and etiquette knowledge;
2/ Skills: business reception etiquette, meeting coordination and computer skills, file management skills;
3/ Qualities: Good work ethics and interpersonal communication ability, honest, good coordination skills and willing to learn, detail-focused and patient, and secrecy consciousness;
4/ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, from countries where English is the mother language or official language, studied or worked in China for at least 2 years.
